This is how i make my chappatis . Here is the recipe.
Maks the dough into small balls.
Roll them into roud shape and spread a bit of iol and fold .
Spread 1tsp of oil and then fold again you'll ebd up having a shpe like in the picture.
Leave it aside

Then roll the shapes out and fry them in a tava.

250 gm Chappati flour.
1 tsp salt.
2 tbsp oil.
100 to 150 ml luke warm water
Extra Ghee or oil for brushing the chappati
Sift the flour , 2 tbsp of oil and salt together. Make a well in the centre and gradually add enough water to make a soft dough. Knead well till no longer sticky.
Shao the dough into 8 balls. One a floured surface roll out each ball into circles and then fold them as shown in the above pictures.
Now heat a frying pan or in dian bread pan and place a rolled out dough in it. When little roud specks appear on one the under side flip then over and brush them with a bit if oil or ghee and cook briefly the other side. keep it wrapped in a tower till all the others are done and then serve warm.
