Belgian Waffels

I use this recipe when ever i make the waffers and mostly when i make them i ask my inlaws, uncle and aunties as they all love them so i thought I will share the recipes with you all.

100 gm Butter melted
1 litre Buttermilk
500 gm flour
3 eggs
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp sugar
half tbsp soda bi carbonare.
Method:
Mix everything together and make the waffers. It is just easy.

Channa Dal

My daughter loves channa dal with chappathies. When she was 3 years old she used to ask me if I will make Indian balls that is what she used to call them and now when she comes for lunch and ask what"s for lunch and if it is channadal that day, i tell her it is Indian balls :-)))))
